I am Fabien Sognon, from the province of Togo, representing Togo at this General Assembly. I am delighted to participate in this assembly and I hope to come out of it seeing the society grow. I like to define myself by this adage which says “Count the garden by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall. Count your life with smiles and not with the tears that flow.”
