My name is Julius Kipchumba Chelanga, and I am originally from Kenya. I currently serve as the rector of the Silang Formation House and as the vice-superior of the Philippines District. It is an honor to be part of this historic assembly of the Society, and I pray that God guides us in all the decisions we make.
