Greetings From the beautiful and restful SMA JABI HOUSE.

Highlights of our week:

1. All assembly fathers (delegates, invitees, GC representative) arrived well. How beautiful it is to come together again. Some were meeting again after many years.

2. The pre-assembly mini workshop on the APPRECIATIVE DISCERNMENT METHOD by Fr. Basil was appreciated and helpful to quickly enter into the spirit of the assembly. We continue to grasp its application with each day.

3. The assembly opened with a mass by the auxiliary bishop of Abuja, Rt Rev Anselm, with a few of our OLA sisters and MSG in attendance.

4. The assembly deliberations have been smooth and the ambiance in the house has been amazingly happy and fraternal.

5. This evening (16th) the assembly voted the final document on the DREAMS stage as we continue to work on the DESIGN stage.

6. The assembly fathers have been invited to visit and con-celebrate the 8am mass at Holy Family Parish tomorrow.

7. The OLA provincial superior, Sr Celestina, joins the NP assembly from tomorrow (sunday) to participate in our proceedings till the end. We are happy to welcome her.

The new provincial and his council have been elected during this assembly.
