Meet our priest-students

Living and studying in Rome they come from different country and doing various specialisation in multiple fields of studies. Please meet them where in our SMA Generalate in Rome.

From left to Right

1. Magloire Getou

Fr. Magloire Guetou, SMA, is from Togo. He was ordained two years ago. He is doing a licentiate in Scripture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Biblicum).

2. Gustave Kutobetey

Gustave is an SMA from Togo and currently studying Spirituality at the Angelicum University. Gustave was ordained in 2005 and has worked in a parish in Nigeria; then as Vocation Director in Togo and later Parish Priest in Lome, Togo. He joined the community this year.

3. Mathieu Amonlo

Mathieu is a diocesan priest from Benin. He is in his third year at the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Biblicum) where he is stugying Scriptures. He was ordained in 2009 and has worked at the chancery of his diocese before coming to Rome. He belongs to the Diocese of Dassa-Zoume.

4. Athanas Vendatus

Athanas is an SMA, from Tanzania. He was ordained this year. He is studying Spirituality at the Angelicum University.

5. Raphael Mwenda

Raphael is a priest of St Patrick’s Missionary Society from Zambia. He was ordained in 2014 and worked for a year in Kenya before coming to Rome. He is in the third year at the Pontifical Gregorian University where is studying Psychology.

6. Dieu-donne Dissou

Dieu-donne is an SMA, from Benin. He was ordained this year and is currently studying Philosophy at the Pontifical Gregorian University.

7. Fiacre Gambadatoun

Fiacre is from the Archdiocese of Coutonou in Benin. Ordained in 2006, he arrived in Rome in 2010. He is completing his doctoral thesis in Scripture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Biblicum).

8. Kenneth Ngwobela

Kenneth joined us this year from the diocese of Bamenda in Cameroun. Ordained in 2012, he worked in a parish for three years before coming to Rome. He is reading Scripture at the Pontifical Biblical Institute (Biblicum).

9. Dennis Senyo Etti

Dennis Senyo Etti, SMA is from Ghana. Ordained in 2013, he worked for four years as secretary of the Gulf of Guinea District-in-Formation in Lome, Togo. He is studying Social Doctrines of the Church at the Pontifical Lateran University.
