With delegates coming from French and English speaking countries, the PC takes place in both languages. This year, to help things move along, when we are in the plenary sessions there is simultaneous translation taking place. Sylvère Atta does the translations from French to English, and Walter Woamede translates from English to French.

Today, Day 4, included plenary and small group discussions pertaining to requests from Nigeria, Philippines, Liberia and Canada, as well as an update and a request regarding the Cause of the founder.
